Saratoga

Saratoga is located on the west side of the Santa Clara Valley and is directly west of San Jose. It was once considered a remote agricultural town. Today, Saratoga is
considered a prestigious, suburban, bedroom community for Silicon Valley professionals.

One of the landmarks in Saratoga is Villa Montalvo, a mansion turned cultural and arts center. Another great location in Saratoga is the quaint downtown area. There are
many boutique type shops and restaurants along Bog Basin Way. Other local shopping areas Quito Village, Argonaugh Shopping Center, El Paso de Saratoga, and

The homes in Saratoga range from 1,000 square foot cottages to over 10,000 square foot estates on multi acre parcels in the Saratoga Foothills. Home styles in Saratoga
are mostly traditional ranch style homes with either wood or stucco siding. The Saratoga planning commission is very concerned about maintaining the personality of the
city and neighborhoods so you will not find many two story homes.

Saratoga is primarily served by the Saratoga Union School District and the Los Gatos- Saratoga Joint Union High School District. All schools, serving Saratoga in both
districts, have API scores well into the 900’s, making these sections of Saratoga highly desirable.

Saratoga is bordered by Prospect Road to the north, Quito Road to the east, The Santa Cruz Mountains to the south, and Pierce Road to the west. Saratoga offers access
to Highway 85, with close connections to Highways 17 and 280, Lawrence Expressway and Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road.

Whether you are looking for a luxury estate home or a great school district for your children, it is crucial to stay current on new listings so you can find the property that
best fits your needs. Because of Saratoga’s proximity to The Silicon Valley, Saratoga is a popular neighborhood and homes don’t stay on the market long regardless of
market conditions.
